I slightly disagree with the result that is given me by the EQ Test. Personally I always make decisions together with the people around me. I ask opinion/ idea in terms of problem solving. I also do group questioning and collaborating.

REFLECTION PAPER IN Commencement Address of Steve Jobs First story is about connecting the dots. Steve jobs says that it is impossible to connect the dots when looking forward, yet it is possible to connect when looking backward. So he reminisce his past and connect all the event happened because it is the answer on who he is right now. Second story is about love and loss. Steve found his self loving what he is doing. I agree with the result given by the 16Personalities Test, it stated that I am a defender. Though I am a conservative type of person I can protect myself and others. Sometimes I am more self centered but I care to others. And I am helpful when someone needed my help.

Reflection of 3 Idiots

            This movie show us that we will be the one to make our own destiny and not anyone should draw it. The 3 characters named Farhan, Raju and Rancho have different perspective but they become as one when they met at the same college they schooled and become roommate. Farhan wanted to become a famous photographer but his father want him to become engineer. Raju become engineer to help his family. But, Rancho loves learning and become engineer, he is a type of person that is vocal and prank. He says what is in his heart, even the most terror teacher in their school named Mr. Viru, he never shows fear. Their school named Imperial College of Engineering (ICE) is a number 1 school in their country, so it is very lucky for the one who got to be in this school.
